The long term lets thread that was started by Dennis05 has disappeared for some reason!!!!
This site is for useful information to be posted on, not just to generate business, this particular thread I thought, did contain useful information and gave people a warning to the dangers of long term lets ( see slipping standards thread) it was useful for people about to long term let and to people who might be victim to the sort of people that might become your neighbours, for this reason the thread should be kept on.
