I finally got into Terrazas last week and took a good walk around a took plenty of pics.

hi there, it is looking good but we have been informed that polaris world are not building the town centre in the foreseeable future nor are they building more than half of the apartments.it seems there will not be any advertised features except the golf course! where is the luxury living that we were promised when we parted with our money, a makeshift supermarket is not what we envisage as luxury!!

Just back from two weeks at Terrazas.  The supermerket opened on Friday and although it is small at least it is a welcome start to providing some facilities.  Whilst we were there the work continued on phase  2 every day except Sunday.  Most of the brickwork is complete and the windows are going in.  There has also been quite a lot of activity on the old buidling in the town centre area, although we could not see what they were doing.

It was great walking the golf course path.  The course is really coming along although the Call Centre is now saying October/ November for the first 9 holes.  I would guess that the first hole will be hole 4 as people tee off outside the temporary club house, and  I suspect that some of the back 9 will be played in front of the Phase 2 buildings.  If you cross the road to where holes 1 to 3 will be the course is only just starting to take shape and is months behind the phase 1 holes.

All of us on Phase 1 can consider ourselves lucky to be part of what will be a great facility.  And it won't be long before phase 2 people wll be joining us.
