Building work still on-going

Hello all,

I read the announcement just issued by AEA concerning people walking and driving through the area that is currently undergoing  improvement and alternation

to prevent the possiblity of land slippage near block 6.    It is surprising to see that this work is still on-going - I had assumed that it would have been completed about now.

Does anyone know when the work might be completed?  

It does that the contractor is doing a thorough preventative job - albeit slowly.

I took some photos of the work being done and so that could be me they are aiming their complaint at !!!!  I doubt it as I was there only a few minutes on the opposite side of the road.

yes they have shot creted the block on the corner so that is now fixed, and they are drilling a series of concrete piles along the side of the road about 1.5m apart to prevent any slippage taking place.  very impressed with the work being done.
