Yvonne has sent me the email sent to staff. As you can see our concerns are being listenned to and their management are aware of potential issues..
Subject: Company Accommodation
Importance: High
All,
We have yet to fully complete the relocation process, and while waiting for the last movers I am already finding myself dealing with official complaints from the “La Duquesa Residents Committee”, which forces me to write this email.
As I hope you will appreciate we put a great deal of thought and effort into your relocation process, a process which aims to achieve the best for both parties, bet365 with a skilled and reliable staff and you with a high standard of accommodation and means of living here in Spain. As a result, we chose La Duquesa as your new home away from home, a place which I’m sure you’ll all agree with me is more than suitable.
However
Duquesa offers many communal areas which you enjoy. These are also shared by others – usually holiday makers with their families. During recent weeks the following complaints have arrived on my desk, all around your behaviour in the communal areas:
- Taking glass to the pool area (often Alcoholic) – glass bottles are strictly prohibited around the pool area due to health and safety issues.
- Using foul language in communal areas, often when intoxicated – this is not acceptable.
- Cigarette smokers disposing of their stubs;
o Over balconies – you must remember that smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartments, and this includes the balcony.
o Whilst congregating for the shuttle – although smoking is allowed, please dispose of your stubs responsibly.
Although it is fully understood that these actions are not being completed by all, those who are guilty must understand that should the company receive further complaints action may be necessary. This may result in the offer of company accommodation being withdrawn from those individuals responsible, or ultimately them being asked to return to the UK .
In addition to this, I think it worth reminding you that, as explained in your tenancy agreements, the company will contribute a maximum of £100 per month towards your utility bills. By leaving air conditioning units on continuously you will inevitably exceed this amount, therefore please ensure that when the apartment is empty the units are switched off.
