Rental needed with adsl

Just found this website today. Myself and my wife Alison are completing the purchase of our appartment on 23 Jan 2007 and are going to try and purchase our furnture when we are out there that same week. I will be going back out at the end of Feb to complete purchasing the furniture/white goods etc. I would be grateful if anyone can give us any advise on where it is best to shop etc.  Thanks

Hi there, have you been told that the completion date for 23rd Jan is definite, we were also told originally 23rd Jan but it has been put back until end feb, we are purchasing an apartment on the complex, I would double check that your lawyer has spoken to the builder just to make sure. I know there was someone on this forum who was supposed to complete at the beginning of Dec only to be told on his arrival that it was 2 weeks late, then told it was 18th Jan.  Welcome to the site, I'm sure you will enjoy.

Yes we are due to complete on 23rd as our property is a resale having been completed in september with the original purchaser so hopefully everything will go ok and we will get our keys. Saying that thetre has been very little correspondence with our solicitor at this stage.
