Does anyone know of any good deals on euro mortages as I`m struggling to find anything better than 5% at present.

We are after an interest only mortgage / followed by capital repayment deal given the percieved lack of rental opportunities that will be available at Cota Real for the next 2 years or so.

Has anyone been out there lately ? how`s it looking ?

Hi all is anyone else takin the develoopers morgage.. dont know all the terms and coditions yet but my solicitor has advised me last week that there mortage deal is resonable so more than likely  will take up on the offer. and hopeing to complete the coto real apartment sometime next week. is anyone in simmliar situation plz adise also on any decent company for the furniture packages. at the moment www.imperialspain looks good.

We complete on Tuesday the 30 January. We have not gone for the Developer mortgage because we want the first 5 years interest only so the payments are low. Hopefully by then we will be able to rent the property out and we will go on to a interest and repayment mortgage.

We have to pay compensation for not taking the developer mortgage.

We are buying from furniture world in piligimo. This is in a industrial estate.

The best stuff and a good price is imperial. We will buy from there too.

Carefour will be good for the smaller items.
