New Years Eve Party

There was some discussions on Sunday about a New Years Eve fancy dress party in the street. It has been suggested that a few gazebos are knocked together and the street blocked off with a Jacobs Joint for the food, etc.. (For the none S.G' ers a list for people to contribute towards it.)

I would very much like to take part in this and wondered if anybody else was willing to help out or alternatively if anybody had any objections they would like to express before it is finalised.

There is already a great deal of informal interest and hopefully it will be a good bash.

It is only fair that it is open to everybody on site to come, participate or object.

We have spoke to a lot of people who are also interested.

Should be a good street party if the weathers nice.

We will have to sort some music out so we can all do the conga.

Hope everybody is going to come in fancy dress. I think its Snow White and the 777 dwarfs

There seems to be a lot of people going now. Does anybody know of a bagpipe player that might be attending.

I think all the gazebos are going to be clipped together on the road just in case of bad weather. Dont want to get the fancy dress suits wet.
