There are e-mails flying around at the moment regarding the running of the community.

It is very important that everyone is included in this.

At present there are too few active community members. We all need to help share the load.

Hi woody,

It's a good point you have made, we are in the link and receive information re the community but too many property owners are not.

We also suggest it is worth being kept informed re community issues as it is no good complaining when arriving to find the grass is not cut, swimming pool not clean etc.

The community committee are the people to communicate with to be advised of all community issues and they can advise what additional approved services are available such as satellite TV/air conditioning etc and what is the current situation at the development such as the commercial centre.

Is everyone aware of there obligations re the local IBI coucil tax and the national renta tax that applies to all none residents whether renting property or not?
