As ever, no response from the bank so I was wondering whether this was common and part of some sort of tax in relation to site electricity or something - they have taken out E247 and I can't recall anything similar in previous years. CHC Energia are the company who have taken over the supply of electricity from Portillo. No one has paid any bills since June and the first one came out a couple of weeks ago, so it may be that is what it is.
