Work has started in the Club House for a bar area and a small gym ,due to be finished next month.Check out the photos 

Made a short visit on 3rd - 5th July and although work was going on it still looks a long way from being completed

The bar (La Peperina - Pepper Tree) has been open now for about 10 days, went last night to try it out, market research you understand.

It was excellent, really nice decor, grand piano in the corner, which I am informed has a resident pianist but wasn´t there last night.  The terrace outside is nicely furnished and well lit, the staff are very friendly and most speak English, but give your Spanish a try, they appreciate it.  They do food, but it is not a full blown restaurant, what we saw looked good.  Drinks prices are on a par with most bars, pint of beer 2.90, large glass of wine 2.50, sin alcohol beer 1.75 a bottle.

I´ll certainly go again

It's good to hear the bar is open, is this just for the summer session or is it on-going, also if it is open to non-residents is there any checks to ensure security around the apartments etc.

Glad to see the bar is open - what about the gym?

I will find out, but I cannot see them going to the expense they have for it just to be open for the Summer season.  I will also find out about the gym, I don´t think it´s finished yet.  Watch this space
