Has anybody, Townhouse owners included, bought an underground Car Parking space on P1, P2 or P3 ??

Interested to know if Piensa are shifting them !!

Did the purchase go smoothly, how much were the fees at the Notaries etc ??

I have certainly not purchased a space and wouldnt, cant really see the point of paying unless you are a permanent resident.
