The Bargain Property Experiment

We are renting on SDR at the end of November with a view to buying.  Willl the community centre/local bar still be open then and can anyone recommend places to visit?

If you're talking of places to eat/drink, can recommend several very good restaurants in 'Mercadona square', Los Narejos.  I was out there at the end of October and it looked as though another couple of bars/restaurants were being fitted out. 

Directions coming from Roda turn right at first island then it's on your left I think at the next one. Several pictures of area on this site.

Should think places will still be open as the square is in-between two hotels.

we have tried el patio a few times and really like the food and the atmosphere. if you go over the flyover out of roda and right at the island keep going and you will see it on the right hand side on the next island. we have been to cartagena  and this is a good day out.shops are closed on a sunday but the port is still good to walk around. you can also have a boat trip around the bay.
