Procumasa - Las Kalendas Does not listen to customers and ignors specification sheets

Just returned from SDR a little disappointed with the progress over the last 6 weeks when we were last out. There appears to be very few workmen on site. The pool is desperate for a clean which i beleive is in hand however i kept the kids well away. Has everyone paid the community fees which i feel are on the high side. Security is still a joke and must be sorted  asap. I will be out again in 4 weeks to hopefully see an improvement. The place still looks good however with  very few people being able to attend meetings eveything seems fragmented with little communication between parties.

Here is the details for the administrator who alledgedly has arranged cleaners for the courtyard and also the pool. If everyone who has an apartment on P1 and P2 starts to contact her and give her some grief maybe we will get something done in relation to the cleaning and also Peinsa finishing off the communal snagging.
