I would ask you to excercise caution when dealing with nthe debeloper as we have found them VERY SLOW as repairing snagging defects and propertues that have not been complete when we have been instructed to inspect them

Just an update on a few of the propertues that we have inspected

It takes this developer 3 inspection visits ti get the defects corrected to an acceptable standard and when they tell you that everyting is done, chances are it is not
