Hi everyone,
Just to let you know that we have just come back from Roda and the roads are being tarmaced this week and should improve the overall look of the complex.The weather is still very warm and we found the sales office helpful with some queries that we had,

Excellent. Have been waiting for a few years and now it might be happening. Although nothing is ever definite in Roda by past experience. Will be over in december so hopefully it will have been started.

We returned from Roda Tuesday night, they are almost ready to tarmac the roads there are signs up everywhere advising residents to refrain from parking on the road. Unfortunatley there were no signs of lorries loaded with tarmac, it does look like it will be very soon hopefully before Christmas.

I was over in Roda up until the 8dec and unfortunately (but not surprised ) the roads have not even been started. The only bit that got done was the road leading to the farmers house at the very front of the development. Looking forward to hearing from anhyone who sees them being done
