whats happened regarding the A G M

PLEASE CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT HAPPENED AT THE AGM IF TERE WAS ONE THERE WAS LOTS OF EMAILS REGARDING THIS BUT WE HAVE HEARD NOTHING

I dont think we had an AGM and I live here,sorry if the reply isnt as you expected, anyway hope you had a good xmas and a happy new year to you,who knows there may be an AGM or something in 2010

i have seen & had emails regarding  maybe a emergeny AGM was this noyt the case has it all gone quite now

An EGM was held for the MARTE community of owners on 14 December I would expect the minutes to be out sometime.

There was a lot of emails circulating in the time leading up to the meeting and a couple since. If you have not seen them please let me know by PM and I'll make sure you are added to the email circulation list.

What is AGM or EGM?

AGM = Annual General Meeting - held once a year.

EGM = Extraordinary General Meeting - held at the request of the President or Owners - can be held at any time.

there must have been a lot to talk about if the meeting was held on the 14 12 09 & we are still waiting for the minutes to be released

does anyone now what the EGM was about or was this also another meeting on a need to know basis ??????

Have you not had a copy of the brief summary that the community VP sent out on 15 December?

The agenda was only sent out to MARTE residents are you one of those residents?

The Administrator/Secretary who is responsible for the EGM minutes is on holiday until 11 Jan so do not expect anything before then.
