Hi I have always used Eddie and Lyn too. They have been great, they do more regular checks than most of the other key holders that I have heard about and they even water my plants ( not all key holders do this!) Without question the 2 people who stand out in my eyes are Terry & Jill. They have been looking after my apartment since last August including additional jobs such as snagging, cleaning and fitting lights, etc, and the service they provide is 1st class. hi we use nikki lister absolute brill she does it all for us cleaning  anything we need when we arrive she ckecks it regular an she is there for any probs

     If I could add anything all I would advise is you try and choose a legally registered company because if you don't you could encounter problems in the future.
