Penthouse President

I am in block 5 of the penthouses, I was wondering if anyone knew who the nominated president might be please??????

There are no elected presidents in any of the Penthouses. When the presidents were being elected, nobody in the Penthouses stood for election. Because nobody stood, Polaris take over all level 3 presidencies in all Penthouses.

Many thanks,  I wanted to question if anyone knew about water connection just incase the builders supply is affected in any way in the future due to non-payment or similair, although we all enjoy free water it could be very problamatic if we were cut off at short notice. I dont even know who the proposed supplier is???

With regard to being a president I assume it would be more beneficial if a resident took up that role, I dont think anyone is in permanent resident in my block atleast, I could be wrong but would not appear so.

I'm a resident in blok 14.

I wound like to stand for president,if i would be helpfull.

This years annual meetings are being held on a garden by garden basis rather than a single meeting as per last year.  Each garden president will be arranging the date of thier meeting and infroming the garden owners, these have to be held by May so will be around the end of March start of April.

For the gardens/penthouses without an elected president then the community administrator, currently RPM, should be arranging the meetings and informing the owners.  You do not have to declare in advance, just put yourself forward at the meeting when nominations for president are requested.  To be elected you will need the vote of your fellow owners, either in person at the meeting or by proxy.  Of no doubt this subject will be covered in great detail nearer the event, but in the meantime you could ask RPM if the date of block 14 has been arranged yet, although i doubt it as it's still a few moths off.

Hi all - Do we have to have presidents for each individual Penthouse blocks ? or can some be put together say 2, 3 or 4 blocks. If not we'll have 14 presidents just for the Penthouses overlooking the course without the Isla Penthouses.

Each block is registered as a level 3 community and so will have it's own president.

The president has to be an owner, so if you brought an apartment in several blocks you could be the president of them all if you wished

Would think that these meetings should be help around the easter school break when condado will be at its busiest and more people will be able to attend any meetings proposed.
