Recent Visit

I have recently visited my property. The development itself has great potential and work to the apartments has been finished to a high standard.

My only real concern is that whilst the residential units appear to be complete the ground floor commercial units are still empty and still resemble a building site. Work appears to have commenced on one of these units. It appears that it is going to be a furniture shop. There does not appear to be any movement with regards to any of the other units.

Does anyone have any recent information with regards to the ground floor commercial units?

From a letting point of view it would be next to impossible to let any apartments with the development looking the way it currently does. It looks half finished given that the units are at ground level.

It also requires a deep clean as all of the communal areas are covered in dust and debris from the building works.

Our apt has apparently been completed since Nov but there is no Hab Cert for it, so that is why I was wondering if there were still some uncompleted apts.

Do not complete without a Hab. Cert.

No-one will be able to rent out their flats while the communal areas are both dirty and dangerous, eg a tile fell from roof missing my outside chair by inches. We have been assured by Gines and Paco that it work will be completed by beginning of April. We should not have to pay from our collected community fees for the deep cleaning of the communal areas caused by builders not clearning up after their work.

Equally, in the garage area it is absolutely filthy and dangerous.
