bad news

Problems with the post.

I am in Naranjos 1003 but have waited since November for my PW card and reordered it. Sent to me again on Jan12 but today my box had cards in it for apt 1103,1116, jardin 040203 and some spanish fedaration cards for other people but not mine. Postman is obviusly dumping anything anywhere to get home early. How can we complain when we can't speak spanish?

Bad news.........   erm.........erm.......well........one of my plants died once had something to do with lack of water and that big round orange thing in the sky - I suppose that was bad news....  

Only other thing I can think of so far are the few negative whingers on this forum but as for Condado so far?????   erm... erm??

Nope I'm happy!!!!    don't get me wrong though I wouldn't object to a further reduction in bar and restaurant prices   lol

 sorry jumping in on the posting but does any one know the credit card or pre paid one you have to use to get around the booking charge on ryanair, it is a pre paid chargecard but i am sure it was purchased from a phone shop.

I got the Escape Prepaid Mastercard from phones4u, it costs £19.99 initially but £10 of that is put as a credit on you card.  Basically it costs £9.99 per year but I saved £30 in one booking with Ryaniar so its a "no brainer" really

So the Presidents requested that RPM resign and they have. What a bl**dy mess - who still owes them CC money? who's paid CC money and up till when, who knows as it's taken out by DD. How do we stop payment and who is taking over RPM duties from 1st Feb.                                                                                                                                                                                                                     Who are the Presidents that did this, certainly not mine. How have they arranged for payments DD etc etc. collect old debts. I'm sure 95% of the owners would like to know also, and how are they to be contacted? So many questions? I hope someone has thought this all through - at the moment "p1ss up in a brewery" comes to mind.

I would wait to see what Phil has to say later, the presidents voted unanimously to seek RPM’s resignation, so I suppose that must include yours as well, Polaris have even backed the presidents. As Polaris hold 80% of any vote the presidents could not get RPM out by themselves.

Obviously you have some valid questions about the CC's and will our contact details be handed over to the new Management Company or will we all have to get in touch with our bank details.

I for one think its a positive move after attending the meeting last February and seeing how totally inadequate they were at trying to hold a meeting, they have since failed to produce a set of accounts on numerous occasions, failed to collect €125,000 worth of community charges, failed to set up a reserve fund (for which, I believe, you pay 20% of your community charge to).

Sitting here in the UK with a computer for information, why on earth are decisions made with out consultation, i am paying by direct debit it has just come out so where does that leave me, apart from frustrated to say the least.

It is alright making changes but so much is in the air at the moment, we need to have some positives for potential purchases,  if i was on line listening to all of this i would run a mile.
