Good News - CamBank Mortgages

Finally getting the benefit of reduced Euribor, last fix was November 08 for the 12mths starting Feb 09 so just missed out on the cuts in rate at the end of 2008 due to fixing dates.

Just seen latest repayment schedule and monthly interest on €82k mortgage fallen from c€380 to c€160.... now fixed for the next 12mths.

Lots of us completed the same time in summer 2008, so anyone with a mortgage linked to 12mth Euribor should now start to benefit if they just missed out last year............. can now afford a couple of pints in The Clover

Morning Dave, my my you are a little angel.......  You've just made my day!!   Just checked the bank after your recommendation & re-payments have come down considerably.  Interest rates have dropped from an initial 6.50% to 2.33%...... Finally Spain catches up. 

As you say, now fixed for the next year, so......... We'll meet you in the Clover for one or two then eh??
