Hi,

Does anyone understand the Spanish system enough to understand if it would be more beneficial to start up a UK Limited company as opposed to having to pay Spanish tax? How would it work if I wanted to transfer from my name to a UK limited company name? Could I do this by dead of gift for a small nominal amount?
