NIE number

Does anyone know if Polaris still offer the service of taking you to Murcia to obtain your  N I E  numbers or has that  been stopped

Not sure if PW would do it for you any longer in view of recent developments.  However, there are other companies in the Mazarron area who carry out this service, the nearest is based on Camposol on the older commercial centre in A sector, I think they are called Calida Services.  Nicki Galvez (I think that's the name) is a translator on the main commercial centre at Camposol and I believe she also offers this service or will be able to give you advice as to where to go. 

We did our own but if you haven't got a little Spanish or not used to jostling with the many people that visit the Policia offices to get get their NIE's, residencies etc it can be a little intimidating.

Yes on Camposol and in Mazarron there are plenty of Gestoras (pen and paper pushers) who will get your NIE, simply process really but shop around for a good price and why not ask about Spanish wills at the same time beacause we all need them.
