We've been emailing Polaris and RPM since JULY to try and sort out our metres. Both refusing to assist and we've been told that it is difficult to get an appointment so you need to be in when the company turn up. Well this is impossible as we are not full time residents therefore need our key holder to let them in.
We are also in a bit of a panic - another example of trying to part with money that no-one seems to want.
I did get a contact number for the metre company but the phone is answered in Spanish and when I speak English they hang up.
Help!!
