I have had an enquiry in for someone who wants to do a long term rental at roda golf with the intention to purchase the propery if they like the development / area.

I have an garden apartment on phase 3 which is currently let till October. however I am considering selling it.

maggie manages it amnd would vouch for it's excellent location.

it faces south west and is not overlooked.

I currently have it on holiday -lettings and have done well letting to colleagues and friends but as I say I am thinkning of selling.

the price would be in the region of 227,000 euros. ( it has full a/con, spotlights and all new appliances.
