toldo

Hi,

We would like to install a "toldo" on the balcony. Can anyone inform us which types and colours are allowed? If you know a good address, please tell us. We are also looking for a good silent airco. Thanks in advance.

We have a penthouse aptm. in phase 3b first line towards south and the pool and would also want to install a toldo on the terrace. It would be a roller type similar to the one installed in the lower aptm. in the  block near the pool to the east. It can be fitted with a wind alarm system which rolls the toldo back when it gets windy

Guess the almost white colour is accepted, but you might have to ask the community board (do not have any e-mail list yet)

Thanks a lot for your prompt answer.

We too have a penthouse in phase 3B. Personally I would prefer a type of grey similar to the one used in the construction but it's better to ask first. I'll inform you as soon as I know.

In our agm minutes for phase 3 villas (eurocasas) it states awnings are permitted in brown cream and grey but management service should be consulted over particular type.
