With regard to snagging following twp purchases on Fase 1 I think that atlantia 'don't do snagging'. I would suggest that no records of your snagging list are kept, your notes are just handed onto the site supervisor who is overloaded with building the site and as such all of your problems appear to be minor to him.
We did get a chipped tile replaced but on the same day a minor leak in the shower where the false ceiling support nail holed the hot water pipe waited until it flooded for a response, the leak was fixed but we still await the water damaged walls and ceiling to be painted.
A very rusty 'chrome, drain cover in the loo 'will clean up'.
It take 3 visits to confirm that a light switch did not work and 2 failed appointments.
The finished artical is not too bad at all but expecting customer service appears to be asking a step too far
I think the incentives are for fase 5 at the back of the site which were initially priced quite high for a small floor area compared to the other Fases.
