Hi I´m new to the forum.

I have bought on Mojon Hills and heard there is another project with golf in the pipe-line.

I was wondering if Paul, who seems a good agent and knows what he is talking about has heard anything of this.

I would buy there but not through my last agent.

I heard about this when we purchased at Mojon Hills.  From what we were told by our agents, the site is on the front of Puerto de Mazarron (near the light house on the roundabout) but at the time i dont know if they had approval.  Atlantia did inform us that it was a possiblity they wouldn't go ahead with Phase 5 at Mojon because the builders would want to start on the golf project, but we now know that this is untrue, as Phase 5 is going ahead.

Welcome woolfie, power to the people - or was that foxy.

There is a new golf development by Atlantia coming soon but not at the lighthouse roundabout. It will be on the edge of town past the Mercadona commercial centre.

The one by Mojon Hills is by another developer and is not expected to be released for another 4 or 5 years.

I could go into more detail about the new golf course but I do not want to be seen as touting for business. People will just have to contact me direct as this is not the place to discuss sales.
