Has anyone had contact with Atlantia recently?
We have been unable to get a response to e-mails sent to Lyndsay and Oscar, one five weeks ago (early June 08) and a further e-mail two weeks ago (early July). We have telephoned several times and either not had the phone answered or the promised call returned. The web site is down.
If anyone has had contact with the company or been on a recent visit and seen plenty of building activity, we would be grateful to hear.

Hi Mike
Just back from a weeks visit staying on phase 1. It's all looking really good, phase one and two both completed with lots of people staying in their respective holiday homes, pool areas are developing well, our plants are going strong - lots of flowers, although the grass will take a bit longer I think. Same goes for phase three, two couples completed on phase three while we were there although the villas are not yet ready. It's quite a relief to see that phase four is also coming on well, it's certainly the largest! There are several cranes around and a couple of the peckers still hammering away! Still it's reassuring to see lots of work continuing when many developments have come to a complete halt due to the effect of the credit crunch I suppose. The whole place is going to look really good and we are really pleased with our purchase.
Spent a wonderful evening at the social club dancing to live music which was all free!
Incidentally, Lyndsay and Oscar were both in the office when we called in one day so don't know why they didn't reply to you.

You will be lucky to get any reply from Atlantia and if you do; take it with a pinch of salt as it will probably be another lie. Any promise they give will not happen they are only interested in their 2 speedboats, ferrari, porsches, bmws etc all paid for with your money and then cutting corners on the qualities originally promised. Bunch of ?*?:?%&·

Just got home from holiday Lyndsay has left Atlantia in a cloud and Oscar is not coping
Even when you ask face to face in the office and they say yes it never happens best to see your Lawyer to sort out the problems

I suspect the site is going belly-up. I am only grateful I had a bankers guarantee that was honored by Atlatia and will never have the 'pleasure' of living on the site. I will NEVER have to be exploited by the developer, lawyers, utility provider, retailers or anyone looking to make a quick buck at my expence.
My Spanish 'adventure' is well and truly over, I bought into a dream that fortunately for me, has not turned into a nightmare. I am in contact with so many who just cannot make ends meet and feel trapped, daily life is an existance and even though the sun shines it is no compensation.

Well PAINTS they don't have MY money, I suggest you get your's out too. As the situation is going to get worse while they have all these unsold properties, that Farrari, BMW's & two boats might have to be sold, that should wipe the smile off the twat's face.

Coultrm,
Spelling mistakes and grammatical inelegance aside, your comments miss the poìnt that I suspect you only got your money back because your property was late being completed. Others are not so "fortunate".
"Daily life is an existance"??? Hmm, I shall have to ponder that a while....
Paints, I wish you luck but would advise that descending to the level of personal insults, however justfied, will not help your cause. It is all too easy to insult the Ferrari drivers of this world, in fact it is worryingly easy in some cases, but your lawyers would adopt a more productive posture, I hope.
