Ia Isla sales

I hear from Polaris In December that they only had a small number of units left on La Isla but this forum indicates a large number of people backing out. What are peoples thoughts and do you think there are as many vacant properties on La Isla?

We arrived home late last night

Managed to walk over to La Isl on wednesday afternoon

There does appear to be very few still empty.

though this does`nt mean that some ownrs may be trying to sell them either fully or partially furnished so your guess is as goo as ours.

I have to say that if you are lucky to get  an aparment that is south facing or almost south facing then  your apartment has a great selling advantage. Some do not appear to get much direct sun at all & others do benifit from sun in the mornigs but none during the afternoon unless you are fortunate to have an almost wrap around balcony

wouldnt mind a south facing 3 bed on la Isla if the price wasright, though t would be for rental purposes only as we love our apartment on Jardin 5 & we have great neibours too
