insurance

 Can any body help please, i have the house contents and bricks and mortar insurance with Zurich which was through Polaris world. On trying to contact Zurich although I could not get anyone who spoke english, they instructed me that I have to go through the agent i.e the person who sold it to me.

on this occasion it was Polaris world, do we have a contact number or email i can contact them as all i try are bouncing back.

We have our insurance with Zurich through Polaris as well. I did not receive paperwork this year for my insurance even though it had been taken from my bank account, after a few weeks waiting I sent an E mail to Polaris at, insurance@polarisworld.com and was sent through paperwork within a few days. Is this the address you have been trying?

 Many thanks for your reply, i have just checked and i have not received mine have now asked ref this.

But also need to ask for a claim form
