Hi , has anyone else experienced the above.Everytime we have visited this year our carparking space has been occupied. We have left notes on the cars to no avail. As we do not live in Spain we never seem to be able to find out who it is.Any ideas.

That’s an easy one to resolve, why not contact the president and suggest each resident is supplied with a parking disc with their associated parking space.
Hence each owner will have to display their parking space on their car.
We stayed in our apartment last week. Someone repeatedly parked in our space so we will be contacting the Communty Secretary. We also noted that the security guards were not patrolling as often as usual.
The car parking area is never fully occupied so why should someone use another person's space. No one ever takes my space and no wonder for it is so hard to get into. Perhaps this person who is parking in your space has mistakenly got the wrong number and thinks they are in there own space. Perhaps they have been isssued with the same number as you in error.
I have put a notice on my parking space saying it is reserved for the apartment I am in. Unfortunately if my neighbour is here and parks in his spot then I cannot get into mine and vice versa
