I have sent you a PM but you have not come back to me. If you are genuinely looking for apartments for rent I have several just being completed on my books which are ready for renting and meet your 2 bed 2 bathroom criteria.None of them have the standard furniture packages and are all finished to a very high standard. I hope that you can respond and assume that the delay in hearing from you is related to the easter holidays.

Moira with all due respect you sent me a PM on the 1st of April in Easter week .

Maybe its me ( Spanish ) and my English is not so good by way of translation , But even  I find the words Genuine and assume not a very freindly way to start off a possible business relationship. You not agree ?

I also find that for you to Post a PM between us on  open Forum on EOS is not a confidential way of doing business between our good selves, I am sure both our Clients would agree ?

Please post your original PM on here for all to read , just perhaps your 1st line is a little confusing ,  maybe it reads you also are looking for propertys ?

Anyway  I wont waste any of your valuable time  you are in a hurry it seems, Well  I can only assume your comments were meant in a genuine way and not meant to offend,

FYI we are  legal and that does include a maintence company , but more involved on the long term rentals

My PM which you didn't reply to is posted to below in italics. I have no issue in posting it openly as it is in my opinion, both professional and courteous. I have only asked for your business details so that I can pass them on to my clients and I have done this as most of my clients do not use this forum. I have no hidden agenda as I simply am looking for a management company for clients as it is not a service I provide. My business details are included in my signature and my email address also. The passing on of your details to my clients is not confidential in any way as you want to do rent properties and they have properties which meet your criteria.

I offered to meet with you and would still be happy to do this so that you may see the properties for yourself and let me know how much you would expect to pay to the clients for monthly long term rentals. I will put you directly in contact with my clients when I have your details. My posting of last night was simply to clarify what your position was as I need to find management agents as soon as possible for several clients and you need long term rentals on Corvera so it seemed to me strange that you had not come back to me. However, as you have pointed out that you were not at work/on holidays I now appreciate the reason for the delay.

I have at least four clients who would be interested in long term rentals. Can you please let me know what company you are with and how much you normally pay per month. If you are a management company can you please also send me your email address so that I may pass it on to my clients as they will email you directly if they are interested in working with you.

I will have more clients who are interested in renting and if you provide a cleaning or property management service can you please send me your information so that I can pass that on as well.

I look forward to hearing from you and am in Corvera at least once a week so perhaps we can meet up to discuss this.
