Gran Mirador April 2010

Hi All,

Hayley and I got back from Gran Mirador1V yesterday. Had a relaxing long weekend break. The swimming pool is clean and the surrounding gardens are being well tended, a vast improvement over last year. I do not know who is paying for the maintenance work, but we are keen to add our contribution to the upkeep. Certain areas around Rio Park have been tidied up and landscaped, making the area look less of an abandoned building site. Long may this continue!!

Hi Simon,

My name is Helen Hutchinson and I own apt 36 on phase 2. The apartment has been 'mothballed' for the last couple of yours as you may be aware from other owner that the company Home Invest who was suppose to manage the properties and furnish them disappeared with all the clients money.

I trust you dont mind me emailing you directly on the forum. My problem is that i do not have any keys for my apartment as the company went off with them all!! The help I need is obtaining a key/fob to get onto the development. I was wondering if you could point me in the right direction of how I could get one or copy of one from another owner.

I am really stuck on this one if you could help I would really appreciate it.
