oasis

hi all          just got back from a long weekend on condado had a great time an thought the place looked good, my only issue is are we going to get the oasis town centre that we were promised only there wasnt many workmen about. Idid ask the girl in the portakabin about this and the outskirt of golf course and the answer was basically she had no info on the matter,does anyone know.  THANKS

Dont hold your breath, People may tell you its coming, along with the two other golf courses, however I cant see an Oasis at Condado in the next 20 years.

Polaris would need to fill Al Kazar and have the place profitible before they would start on The Oasis, and if you have been to Al Kazar you will see the place is 80% empty, with no signs of the empty units getting filled.

The only Oasis we will see at Condado, will be is Liam & Noel Gallagher, decide they want a very very quiet holiday!

This upsets me, because I bought because of The Oasis, I even chose Jardine 13, as it was close to proposed site.

For once i almost agree with Darren

From our understanding Polaris no longer own the land where Oasis and the other courses were planned to be built, so I cannot see these materialising until -

1. Polaris has recovered enough to be in a position to buy the land back.  ( assuming no on else buys it in the meantime )

2. The economy has recovered enough to justify further property construction, Polaris have already said that they have no plans for any further building work in the near furure.

We are all victims of the world recession.
