As I already advised we have a number of bookings fo inspections and today we checked the first apartments on phase 4
As normal I am now able to provide buyers with sample defect reports giving indications of defects plus photographs
On the paperwork side I was able to confirm that the COH has been issued and the surrounding pools gardens, paths, planting and lighting in the blocks are close to completion with plenty of people working in these areas
As expected we of course found defects, nothing major, but because of some feedback I was anxoious about the finish and quality but have to advise that I was very impressed wit the overall quality, the ceramics and kitchen fixtures and finish of the tiling and marble flooring and walls, yes they do have marble floors and tiling in the bathrooms
Some other differencies are that the ceiling tiles in the bathroom, where the AC unit is housed, have been replaced with wooden slats
The general design of these properties is different to phase 1 2 & 3, with much more glass windows and, on ground floor properties a courtyard and glass entrance door
As with properties on some other resorts, there are no roller shutters or fixed external blinds on doors or windows in the the lounges of the properties but electric blinds in the bedrooms, plus some additional security measures are advisable on doors and windows
