Long Term Rental Property Required

I have somebody looking for a long term reasonably priced rental on Corvera, period minimum 6 months with option for 1 year startng at the end of July

This is not an airport contractor but is for a couple that will be working locally

They require, furnished,  2 - 3 bedrooms, not ground floor, apartment

Must have AC fitted
