Hello!

I have an apartment in Zeniamar 7.

Can you tell me, have you paid the community charges this year?

If I have any problems with these, is there anybody to turn to?

Hi Russian-boy,

I have also an apartment in Phase 7 of Zeniamar.   The first lot of fees were due end of January this year - the fees for my apartment which is upstairs apartment was E330 and the second collection was last week and the fee was E107.

Hope this clarifies it for you.
