Heads Up! (Well for those who don't already know) COMMUNITY FEES PAYMENT CHANGE

I think Tomgeorge          has got presidents mixed up with ? RPM. He is obviously not aware there is a new management company within the community that was voted in by presidents after a long process of elimination. Mileniun Levante are working closely with the presidents and the community to help deliver and get the costs down for owners which as far as I can make out is good news all round. Ok we don't at the moment have a 5 star resort but what we have is doing ok for me(not expecting everyone to agree). I am an optimistic person and will continue to be despite all the negativity on here.

Ha, ha.  In Aberdeen hooting with laughter at this thread.  I think Tomgeorge is most def the 'mouth' in Portsmouth (or Portsmoth as he spells it).  Adios Amigo.  It's being so cheery that keeps you so happy..........................

I couldn't understand tomgeorge's posts anyway !!!!  they didn't make sense, spelling was crap, I presume he/she is English although it states lives in Portsmoth - where the hell is that????  should it be Portsmouth!!!!!   lol

Anyway- glad to hear the AGM minutes have been sent out and the 2008 Cfee's are coming out at about 35 euro's per month from the month after completion. Its not too steep and is another indicator of how hard the Presidents have worked to get this problem sorted. Also that they are trying to get the ring road maintenance costs reduced with changing it in someway- are they going to dispense with all that grass and go the desert route like the golf course. Whatever if it looks better than dried out and saves on the comunity charge I wont object.

Not back to Condado until after the summer season but am thinking lots of improvements have been made recently/are in the pipeline so things are looking up.

Tomgeorge is either a very bitter man or just a wind up, the presidents do a very important  job on all our behalf an and we don't know where we'd be without them.    ps.  He could always change his name to Tomjones an go back to the "green green grass of home" if he thinks its that bad.

Tomgeorge is obviously highly intelligent, just look at his spellings, just a little tip you tend to SEND the boys round, not SENT, unless they have already been round.
