Millenium-levante and your contact details

We became aware last weekend that several of our Condado friends had had emails from Millenium asking them to provide various details that RPM hadn't passed onto them. As we didnt have that enquiry from Millenium but my husband had just emptied his junk mail and wouldnt have recognised the Millenium name particularly I thought it best to contact them myself.

Glad I did because although they thought they had emailed us, it turns out the email address given to them by RPM was bizarre and now explains why we have never had any correspondence from either management company. Given that we had enquired of a couple of things from RPM and know we sent them our details correctly our email address had clearly been transcribed quite wrongly in their records. I thought this might be useful for others to know as I cannot see us being the only people this has happened to.

Jann is correct, many of the owners contact details handed over are incorrect.  Mostly these are typing errors in the email addresses, but others are completely wrong.  We can find the errors when we try to contact owners, but unless it is an obvious mistake ( like @yahooo.com rather than yahoo ) it's impossible to correct.  When owners have registered for the community website ( www.cdagr.eu ) we have been able to check the email details, but there are still many errors.

So, If you have never received an email from the community, then the chances are we don't have your correct details.  To get these updated please email either Mileniun or myself ( admin@cdagr.eu or Pres.n1@cdagr.eu )
