IBI tax

Can anyone please tell me any information about how much the IBI tax is likely to be for a 2 X bedroom Jardines apartment and how and where is the best way to pay it etc.? Thanks. Geoff.

I bank with CAM Bank and just sent my IBI bill to them via email and requested for a payment to be made and direct debit to be setup for future payments.

Is the IBI tax the same as non resident tax?

No, they are two seperate taxes.  The IBI is the local council tax payable to the town hall.  Income tax is a seperate tax, you need to comple a form 210 for that.  I'm sure David will be able to advice fully.
