Had a similar 'issue' where I had been paying by DD to RPM for all of 2009 but nothing taken since Millenium took over.
Contacted Ana at Millenium (condado@mileniun-levante.es) who informed me that my details had not been received from RPM and therefore no DD had been set up. Also, there was no record of me paying for the final quarter of 2009 which I had.
Ana emailed me a new DD form which I completed, signed, scanned and emailed back to her along with proof of payment for all 4 quarters of 2009.
The new DD has now been set up and July's payment taken.
Suggest any one in a simialr situation contact Ana direct to sort out. Not sure whether this is an RPM or Millenium issue but either way I'd rather help get the situation fixed to ensure the community is not wasting energy chasing non payments and I'm not building up a back log of fees!
