Measure for sofa 1st floor

Hello!

I would be greatful if someone could give me the lenght from wall to wall under the window in the "livingroom" area for a 1st floor apartment in los Naranjos. I would also like the lengnt between the window-wall and the kitchen.

This would help me alot because we are looking for a sofabed and som other furnitures for our new apartment.

I can give you the measurements I used for the Jardines but please bear in mind that all the apartments do vary so take these as approx.

Window Alcove   218cms

Window  to Kitchen  315cms

Width  (not including under the stairs   454cms

Kitchen unit length  244cms

Gap between kitchen unit and wall 210 cms

Bedroom 1   310 cms  x 269 cms 

Built in Cupboard  208 cms x 59 cms (internal)

Bedroom 2    234 cms x 315 cms

Built in Cupboard 135 cms x 50 cms (internal)
