meeting phase 3B -

Hello!

Can anyone inform me when the next meeting takes place? I would like to know what is allowed regarding constructions and fences.

I notice some people place (semi-) closed constructions on their roof terraces (in alle phases 1-3) which must disturb other neighbours' views.

I think your phase has adopted Eurocasas as administrator. You should contact Peter there for a copy of the AGM minutes wherein these rules will have been enshrined. Presume he has sent service charge invoice so you should have contact details.

Hi Guy,

I have sent 2 emails to Peter at Eurocasas, but I have not received a reply yet. We just spent 3 weeks in Mojon Hills. A neighbour told a meeting was planned in August???.
