ABC Solicitors

Has anyone heard of ABC Solicitors? We have had an email from them stating that they have taken over from Aldea Advisors, & have all received all paperwork etc. We completed in April last year, & they are saying that we must complete tax returns & pay council tax (knew about the tax side of things, not the council tax)

Does anyone know what taxes have to be paid & when by? Also, is anyone using a solicitor firm that they could recommend, & how much the solicitors charge??

I have also received an email from ABC Solicitors (Advisers Bureau Consulting) of Torrvieja who tell me that Aldea's files have now been handed over to them on the decreeeof the Insolvency Administrator. They tell me that they are now my fiscal representative unless I tell them otherwise within a week.

This seems a bit quick to me. Have any other ex-Aldea clients received this email? Is it genuine - the one week time limit to stop them taking makes me suspicious.
