Just excited to be joining you all.....

 Hello everyone,

We are due to complete in the next couple of weeks on an apartment on CDA and just wanted to say how excited we are.

We have read with interest a lot of the posts regarding the future development and know we were the lucky ones, buying recently and understanding exactly where CDA was at, compared to some of you who have had your expectations quashed to say the least.

That said, we still have high hopes for the future, although they are tinged with the reality that we could be in for a long wait.

Although it would be unfair of us to complain cause we knew what we were getting ourselves into, we just want you all to know that we are here if you need us to lend our support to anything, an email, a phone call or a signature on a piece of paper. We want the best for CDA too.

Ficklefairy, if you like a very relaxing time with ample space for your children (if you have any) to be able to play safely, then you have chosen the right place!  We and our children love it at CDA and we try to visit 3 or 4 times a year.  We have all made loads of new friends from all over the world  and we see these people year after year. 

Never mind what we haven't got - what we HAVE got is our own little piece of Spain and we make our holidays what we want them to be!!  Am sure you will be very happy with your purchase, like many others on this forum.

 Hi ficklefairy welcome to CdA. We are happy with our purchase and love visiting Condado, we look forward to seeing the resort develop,albeit on a longer timetable and probably different format than originally expected. Hope you enjoy your 'place in the sun' as much as we do.

We too extend our welcome to you and hope you enjoy your new purchase. Having just come back from taking our young four year old grandson over for the first time he enjoyed our apartment just as much as we do. Though he was looking for a pool in our back garden when he got up the day after we arrived home!!!.

We are more than happy with our purchase & have spent many happy weeks on Condado.

May I suggest that you post the date you are over & maybe a time when you are eith in the resturant or the clover bar.

This is what we did  along time now but recieved lots of  replies & made so met  lots of new & great friends because of it.

Although I dont live there myself I am on there a fair bit and my friends live there and it is a beautiful place and you have made a good choice.

Everything has its ups and down and nothing is paradise but some things come close to it.
