CDA services website reporting that the regional govt have just announced that Corvera airport will definately open next year.  500 people working 24/7 on it now apparently.  (Sorry - spelled 'Corvera' incorrectly in thread title!) Arlene

They may officially open it with a test flight somewhere but I would be very surprised if the airport is up and running fully next year.

Maybe for xmas but my thinking is I'll get to use it for summer 2012 flights.
