Just a warning to anyone booking a car through Suncar or Decode - DON'T.
We booked what we thought was a good deal with Suncar and had to pay the whole amount up front by credit card. We had a reservation confirmation come through in the name of Sol Mar. Upon arriving at the Sol Mar desk at Alicante airport we had to pay the whole amount again to Sol Mar and told we must claim the money back from Suncar/Decode.
After arriving home and making the claim we have still not received a refund and they are not responding to emails and you get nowhere on the phone. This is now 2 months later.
We are now having to claim the money back via our credit card.
My advice is not to use either Suncar or Decode - they're rubbish - check out one of the independent review sites available to see what other people have said!!!!!
