paramount time scale

if paramount goes ahead , what time scale will it take , what about euro disney how long did that take ??

Very difficult for anyone to give an estimate on this even if construction starts. Euro Disney took 4 years once they started on it.

almost 4 years, it started in 1988 and opened in April 92

With the current economic climate, even if this goes ahead it will be a massive positive to CDA..   But no one can expect to buy a place and things happen over night. 

Evenryone is in the same boat, we all bought on the understanding that there would be 3 courses, Oasis shopping, bars etc etc...  its just not going to happen,   yet!

Sorry but you are all WAY OUT in your estimates.  My 6 year old daughter informs me that it will be open in time for the October holidays!!!! (mind you, she didn't say which October).
