Has anyone else checked their electricity bills recently. It seems that our last 2 were estimated, and as we had renters in over the summer, I know the charges should be higher. I asked my keyholder to give me a meter reading and it does not tally up at all with the estimated bill, meaning at some point we are going to receive a big bill.
Does anyone know whether it is possible to contact Iberdrola direct to give them an up to date meter reading (like we can in the UK), so we can ensure our next bill is more accurate?
Any help please.
